@Merve2Love If Jesus isn't detailed enough with lots of shading, lots of colors and at a high frame rate -- especially as his feet walk across water -- then yeah, huge disappointment... probably not even the real J.C... maybe JC staff... /s/

characters are expressive, animations are fluid, lighting, colors and cinematogrophy are perfect

so far its the best looking anime this season and everything i hoped it would look like while reading the manga

As a manga reader that 1st episode looked amazing. Science Saru is bringing the manga to life and I'm extremely hyped to watch the rest of the episodes.

Man I just cannot take these posts srsly atp. Bro really called one of the most creative studios in the industry not creative. Like the show looks fkin amazing. Only an ep has aired. We've seen how good some of the parts are gonna be in the trailer. Just let a few more eps air and then judge all the things.

Shi looks gorgeous I wish I could make some of the pieces that can be extracted from this episode.
Also it's simpler style will help to animate the ridiculous crazy pieces that Yukinobu Tatsu is able to drop weekly.

I don't know why you're still disappointed with the art style of this anime, but for me this is an oasis.. after waiting for a long time for isekai themed anime that only moves the mouth, or monochrome anime that is like a moving manga that is very boring. I understand that there are some scenes that are drawn simply, but it reminds me of the monogatari movie series, and yes.. I feel the vibes in every frame. I even tried to make an opening theme MV using another song but still using the original clip because the art is really good!

I have no gripes with the art style personally, at least from what I've seen so far in episode 1. The art style and visuals look really great in my book, and I especially love the visuals in the UFO scene.

Nah this Fits the MANGA ART....Manga Panels are creepy and fights aren't as detailed as OPM that it needs so much detailed slo-mo animation.
This Fits Perfect, it's fast paced and goes with the flow.

I loved the animation and the art style, it's good and they are taking some liberty to make it look crazy like FLCL or Kill la Kill but by no means it's bad, it's pretty damn good and so far I'm loving it.

I just hope they don't fuck this up like Ninja Kamui and Zom 100 because those other animes had an amazing 1st episode too, but later on, those animes turned into dogshit and I started hating it, I just hope that shit doesn't happen to this one.

As someone with a Senjougahara pfp and presumably a Studio Shaft fan, I would've thought you'd be more receptive to what a breath of fresh air Science Saru is to the current anime landscape. Their style just oozes a creativity and passion that is so few and far in between today. That's a pretty strong and unjustified opinion you have there; put some respect on their name.
